Trust me, the system to find a therapist is broken and needs fixing. But you can’t lose hope. You have to find yourself a therapist who fits your needs. I’m sure they’re out there.

Find another therapist. Try out CBT or DBT. There are therapists that focus on them. They can teach you strategies to deal with things
