What are people making doing pre-certifications in Ohio right now? Are any companies doing prior authorizations working from home?

My manager has had it out for me since day 1. I honestly do not know what do at this point but I’m literally fed up & mentally exhausted. Do I go to HR? I’m scared to lose my job if I do report his behavior. Pls give me tips on how to deal with this. Micro aggressions, micro managing, singling me out and lying on me.

I am in my first year of practice and am working at a small firm with three partners. They have me starting off doing family law but none of them have practiced family law. Livid. Helped a friend with a small claims suit against a tow company that failed to provide them with all of the documentation/information as explicitly required by the vehicle code. And this violation explicitly allows statutory damages. Judge disregarded the law. Said that my friends weren’t really harmed by the tow company not giving that info. Disregarded statutory damages. Completely denied all claims. Insane. I’ve lost even more faith in our judicial system. Southern California by the way
