Quite a lot of work on change management, org design, and hr transformations in Asia
It’s definitely growing, strong team and good culture
Thanks! Is the practice more change Management focused or do they have a healthy mix of talent work too? I’m guessing this may vary by industry?
Varies both by industry and country, there are definitely talent pieces as well but there’s more happening on the other topics
We are actually very strong. We’re consistently ranked the highest and most mature of all firms in all capabilities. It depends on practice, some are more advanced than others.
Lots of change management work
We're working hard to diversify beyond change management... some countries/verticals having more success than others. Change projects are easy to sell and tend to pay the bills quicker, so it's an uphill battle, but making good progress
Very well run. Tough organization to join mid career. You will learn how to run a profitable engagement. Seemed hard to switch focus areas so pick something you like!
Great, thanks for the quick responses!
Central and eastern Europe: fast growing and very ambitious. Headhunted key talents from niche HR consulting firms (Hay Group, Mercer, etc) and big 4. Lots of org design and HR transformation work.
Depends which region you are in. Some regions/countries are not strong at all and still lost in the politics.
