What are people’s thoughts on cold emailing MDs or Group Heads of a group that is hiring/that you are really qualified for? I don’t know anyone at a few firms where I think I would be a really good fit that are hiring, is it worth a shot?

The conversation with the girl on the team went well and told me how excited the hiring manager is and called her right away…. I email the recruiter to ask about next steps and nothing……

When I checked the logs, it showed Rpc Exception for Microsoft Azure Webjobs Script Workers. Not sure how to make the function app work again. I have got 10 years of experience in project management with solid records and I had to leave my last employer after just 8 months due to a restructuring. Now I have landed a cool job in an investment bank on the business side however my manager is the typical boomer micromanaging everything and everyone with strong requirements to go to the office everyday (absolutely not needed) I feel like I will be suffucating soon. Should I look for a job already? How bad will it look?
