Absolutely it does. Love the benefits, pay, culture, days off 🤪

Depending on company and location but between $100-200k. It’s a really broad range because there are so many specialized parts of risk or compliance.

Great so far! 6 years in CB and I have great WLB

what’s the pay like in each level for corporate banking?

Mclean Va (Washington DC metro area). Sorry the late response

But then you work on the banking side lol

The compliance part alone is how I know this probably isn’t an end goal lol

Facebook has followed Google in making vaccination mandatory to work in person at the office. More companies will likely follow suit.

Why are stock options granted to employees classified as an expense? What money is really being spent that is causing the net profit to decreaee? It seems that a company could issue a billion dollars of grants to always have a net loss and never pay taxes but they never spend a dollar.

Have an offer with Accenture Interactive. 30% salary increase but nervous about the increase in hours. Currently pulling 40/45 at Deloitte. Can anyone provide insight into the culture at Accenture Interactive?

Do NOT claim you are "colorblind" in the workplace. 1. DE&I knowledge is now a core leadership competency. Colorblind claims will earn you the reputation of being DEI-ignorant at best & racist at worst. 2. Colorblindness within the context of workplace diversity is an obvious lie. You do NOT want to be painted as an intellectually dishonest leader. 3. Colorblind claims signal that you lack the leadership skills & vocabulary to have key conversations. Ask questions here, in this safe space.

What types of non-entry level exit opportunities are available to senior associates at BigLaw firms (i.e., working for a firm)? I know Knowledge Managment attorneys are on the rise, but any stories of people making the switch to Director of Professional Development or other positions like that? Any idea of compensation for these types of roles? Did you approach your own firm first or lateral elsewhere?

Got an offer from A&M PEPI MAS group. Currently a a manager at EYP with little over 200k TC. Should I consider making the switch ? What are some downsides and upsides ? Barely know anything about A&M except I’ve seen here that bonuses are big. Concerned about the WLB and culture.

Trying to decide exit plan. 3rd yr doing insurance coverage litigation, but not sure if I can spin that into in house or a solo gig that won’t be too much of a pay cut at some point (sole breadwinner with family here). Any ideas or anecdotes to help inspire the next steps?

Hi UK 🐠: grateful if someone can share the comp range (base + bonus + any other benefits like stock options) at Director level at Capgemini Invent? TIA 🙏

Is 120k an acceptable salary for Dallas, Texas? I’m taking a pay cut to move there from San Francisco

I just landed my dream job at a big tech company but I think I might have benefited from affirmative action. The recruiter mentioned how I would add diversity to the leadership team of the product...

For those with HSAs, are you actively using the balance to pay medical bills? Or are you holding on to those funds and paying bills out of regular savings/checking? Is there an advantage one way or the other?

Getting into consulting (MBB) seems easier than getting a choice position in industry (e.g. Corporate strategy director).

Which books would you recommend to a product counel for tech startup about strategy, management, and leadership?

Hey fishes, I got confirmation of an offer from EY UK for a manager position. However the confirmation is only on mail, I did get a mail from the partner as well. Didnt recieve official contract yet, now I need to answer to another firm now. Although little uneasy in rejecting other offer before getting the contract. HR said it should take around a week, which will be tmrw. HR knows about the situation already & I feel chasing her again will just piss her off. Any suuggestions?

What should be avg salary of SAP BW Hana position with 6 YOE?

Is there an appropriate timing to tell the firm that you are pregnant? How many weeks along?

Thoughts on switching to a mid-tier or local firm? Currently, work for a big 4 and feel I’m getting screwed over on manager promotion.
