Has anyone been lately ghosted by their HR for weeks or months after the salary discussion at Barclays? They simply won’t respond over calls or mails. Not quite sure what’s the deal and when should one stop expecting from them. Any clues?

Does Barclays negotiate after accepting their offer, I still have 7 days to join Barclays and I have counter offer on top of Barclays offer.
They have given me extended joining date without ask or need and in return I asked for joining bonus so HR said Barclays don't give joining bonus. Whats the parameter to get Stocks? #barclays there is one month gap from my last working day to Barclays joining as they released offer late because of medical emergency with hr team members, what I should do?

Till yesterday, my job status on Barclays portal was job offered. In evening, I got a mail saying congratulations on your offer & they have asked to click on the Barclays portal link and to accept the offer within 5 days, I did the same, now job status has been changed to offer accepted. But I didn't get Offer Letter via Mail. Guys, Do I need to wait for offer Letter or the one which I have accepted on portal is the same?
