Not taking feedback, does not seem interested in the work I give, more work to take care of than helpful.
Also unless you're exceptional, I'd hesitate to work only with you over and over again. I want to make sure there's enough people I can train up in case you're out or leave or something.

Also even if I’m on my last nerve, I try to be v polite with feedback. So keep in mind that a kindly phrased “please redline against my redraft and let me know if you have any questions” may mean “please redline against my redraft and cry in shame about the 7 typos I had to correct”. (Substantive mistakes are expected and ok, sloppy mistakes less so.)

A4: Yes. I have learned over the last year that for some people a gentle suggestion is not a serious correction. It must be almost on the « oh my gos why can’t you listen » type level for them to pay attention.
