However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner. Thats what i sense once i have 10 YOE, if i switch it would be 6th company, (2 years break due to MBA ofcourse)

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I have done 4 switches and now planning to do 5gh switch......but my multiple switch is somewhat giving bad impression to recruited.......so my question is Can I replace multiple experiences with one fake experience letter of six years....I can try from few of my friends who are running startups.....

A report opened to me that they are having money problems and wants a raise. We are remote and they moved to a high CoL city. We gave an increase to help with retention 6mths ago. In my response, I helped mentor with best practices on how to ask for a raise professionally since I need to make a case to my Head on finances. But their performance has been avg and not seemingly worthy of another large raise within a short period of time. But how do I respond when they talk about personal finances?

If anyone's "base location" and "project location" is different in TCS; will he able to work from "base location" as it his hometown and he has already informed his location constraint in hr round. (*New Joinee; 5+ YOE).
