I am currently serving my notice period ending on October 5 in the company "A" But my fnf is supposed to take place somewhere between 15-25 November.

Meanwhile, I am supposed to join somewhere else, let's say company "B" on October 12. As fnf at firm A is supposed to take place around November 15-25, will they release my UAN number.

I just wanna be sure the final fnf date does not cause any issue with my employment at Company "B"

Please someone explain.

Maxed out Roth IRA contributions when I wasn't eligible for 2021 (got a salary bump mid year). Do I need to recharacterize? It's a very small account that's been open for only two years. That's the only IRA account I own. Do I need to open a traditional IRA and roll over 6k + realized gains into that account and keep the Roth IRA. So confused how this works and got conflicting information from Merrill.

How should I answer the question, “did you earn income working remotely by providing the services in a different state than the state you originally engaged employment with it”? I quit a small PA company to join big4 but my manager here is picky and she fixed everything that I did to her way. Now old manager asks if I want to come back if she matches the salary. What should I do? Yes I like my old manager, team and it was so comfortable back there. I don’t like big4 timesheet and the reason I left my old company because of I moved to different city. But now old company can provide wfh as well as big 4 I’m working now. Can someone give me advice?
