Help ! My 15 MO eats bare minimum in daycare and wakes up at night very 2 to 3 hours with hunger. I initially thought regression but it’s been 2 months and not improving. If I give him water he screams bloody murder until I give him milk in a bottle. On weekends he eats well and sleeps almost 8 hours straight with waking up once. I tried controlled CIO, sleep in bed together and every possible thing but nothing works. Daycare tells they try their best but he doesn’t eat.

Hi, everyone. How realistic it is to start a career at McKinsey as an Associate when I just had a baby and my husband also has a demanding job?
Positive: My mom lives with us and takes care of the baby a lot + nanny/cleanin, and I am hoping to not travel because my industry is in the city.
Negative: Burned out at my current consulting company, working 10-11hours/day. I haven't felt guilt yet, bc I am WFH and I get to see her from 6 to 9 am then 1-2 hrs before bedtime and then I keep working.

My almost 3 year old loves his crib. It’s pretty a apparent that it makes him feel safe at night. I stupidly did not buy a crib that coverts to a toddler bed and he has no interest in sleeping in his big boy bed. We also need to potty train him.. I know he will continue to wear a diaper at night but I dont like forcing potty all day then Trapped in a cage at night. Am I over thinking this?
