What are some benefits you look for in a company other than pay?

Company culture and emphasis on mentorship

like

Number of vacation days, health care premiums and plans, work from home stipend, training/mentorship programs are some of the things I consider outside of pay, culture, and diversity

like

WFH stipend
Perks in office (gym, laundry, food, etc)
No/low deductible insurance
Training allowance including time off work for training
Vacation days
Employee resource groups
Low bureaucracy (<6 hops between the lowest ranking employee and the CEO)
C suite does not report to anyone other than the CEO (e.g., no CIO working for CFO)
If a company does all of these, and I mean really does them not just half ass it, the company has a good culture and your coworkers will be happy.

I just logged in for open enrollment and see that my benefit costs are increasing quite a bit. Family of 4 - medical/dental/vision will be about $345/pay period plus whatever I contribute to my HSA. Is this the norm now or is this way too much? We are also on an income based rate plan and I recently crossed into the bottom of the most expensive tier so it’s an even bigger hit over the normal YoY increase.

I have been in long term care healthcare sales for a few years now and want to transition to medical device or pharmaceutical sales does anyone know anyone hiring or that could possibly refer?

Is there an easy/efficient way to figure out how much you've contributed to vs earned in your Roth accounts? I started contributing >20 years ago to my employer's Roth 401k and have rolled it over to a Roth IRA and moved it between multiple custodians, e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard, UBS, Personal Capital, etc. It is unclear to me how much I contributed vs how much I earned by investing it.

The purpose of doing this is I want to use $10K of it, but want to prove that the $10K is from my contribution.

Do people use their HSA to actually pay for health expenses or just as a triple tax advantaged savings account for retirement? Seems like all talk on here emphasizes the tax benefits of it, so I am curious if people use to spend or just save
