What’s the salary expectation for content strategy position at Netflix with 2 years of experience out of undergrad?
How can the Big 4 expect analysts to work so many hours for not much pay? $70k starting salary with no bonus potential working 12 hours per day when industry jobs pay slightly less and are 9-5?
Thoughts on Prosci or SHRM-SCP certification? Which would be considered more valuable or highly regarded? Currently focused on Change Management but have a HR background (industry experience / area of study in college).
Now that employees are going to WFH for a long time, what are your firms doing to help setup home office. Can you buy chair, desk, monitor or anything ergonomic to help employees
I'm through the HR screening and have a senior associate round 1 interview with S& FS coming up and am looking for some pointers. Been at my current job for 3 years so am rusty with the interview process. Any case or behavioral tips? Thanks in advance.

Today I was greeted with a post-it note on my desk from my principal about my observation yesterday: "Being in your classroom was like a breath of fresh air. Your students are so lucky to have you."
Ask serious questions, fear monger, share hand sanitizer recipes. All things are welcome in the coronavirus bowl
Just joined a Big 4 firm under the impression I would be doing XYZ work, but it turns out they misrepresented the position and the reality of the engagements available. I was straight up lied to (I did my due diligence as best I could). What should I do?
Anyone able to help answer a couple questions on LEK? I’m interested in applying and have 2.5YOE in healthcare consulting

I’m 3rd year senior at a regional firm, going all in to earn a promotion to manager next summer (July 2020), but I’m trying to determine what I should do if I don’t earn the promotion (cont.)
A goal of mine is to leave my PA firm (one of the big 4) this year. Currently in my fourth busy season. Do you think I should wait until getting promoted to senior and leave right after, or leave after this spring busy season? I am not super eager to get a senior position because with Covid and the inevitable learning curve, I don’t feel equipped to accept one. So I was thinking of applying for entry positions. Any advice?

Asking for personal finance help. I’m contributing about $7.5k/year to my 401k based on my budget/spending. About to get lump sum of cash (sold car, tax returns, stimulus). Was thinking of just putting a little aside in cash for rainy day and invest the rest in brokerage acct., but would it make more sense to max out my 401k for tax purposes and use the lump sum as spending $ until it runs out? Currently 27 yr old, 73k salary in NYC, no debt, $10k in EM fund, maxed out Roth IRA for 2021. TIA
Interviewed with Citi Bank twice, was told to expect a response in the next week or so. It’s been almost two weeks since the last interview, is it reasonable to follow up? Don’t want to come off as demanding or entitled, since I know COVID has everything moving a bit slower. At the same time itching to get out of my current position ASAP
