What should be the salary for AVP in Deutsche Bank Frankfurt.

I am on reduced hours at my firm, but will be about 10% over my target this year. Can anyone who is also reduced hours describe whether your firms will true you up at the end of the year for the time you go over? Does the firm pay you the additional base that you would have gotten as a full time associate OR does the firm do a pro-rated bonus instead? Something else? I would like to be made whole for the time I’ve gone over but would love to hear more about others’ experience in this area.

Been on a long freelance contract at an agency. Took a much lower hourly rate with the promise of converting to FT staff after 3 months. Due to Covid that timing got pushed (understandably) but I recently learned the FT role is not available until 2022 earliest. Hey All! Anyone have any experience suggesting to an exec that we use a later time slot for a Monthly Team Meeting series? Ours is currently at 8:00am PT on Monday’s. It’s so hard to be camera ready and enthusiastically talk to my team at that time, especially since it’s after the weekend and half the team is still waking up. Cameras are off and participation in that meeting is abnormally low. As an EA I never schedule Monday meetings earlier than 10:00am PT so I’m not sure why we keep this one.
