Question for IIM MBAs (full-time 2 yr pgp) on a US work visa. I came to the US on H1 through an IT services firm and the initial petition had me as a master's degree holder. However in some of the recent petitions/extensions I noticed this wasn't the case. One of the big 4s recently filed an H1 transfer for me and even they don't seem to consider me as a master's degree holder. Curious if others have had the same situation and does it even matter. Should I try to lateral into BigLaw or should I try to go in house? Are either of those realistic options for me?
