Stanford Msx or LBS MBA or Oxford MBA?

Need negotiation advice: Just got an SC offer from Deloitte GPS: $97k base. Joining as a non-MBA masters grad, 6 YOE (0 years consulting). This is WAY lower than I expected - assumed starting point for negotiation would be at least $115k. Advice? What should I shoot for?

Is two years work experience in consulting too little for getting into a top MBA (M7) program? All at the same firm, joined after undergrad and am now in an Experienced Associate position.

Why do you want an MBA?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

What’s the opinion out there of non top MBA programs? (E.g. not a Harvard, MIT, etc.). Is an MBA from other schools really still worth it? I’m looking at a state university because I’m almost positive I can get a near full ride.
