Folks, heard from someone that AC Kolkata will publish hike letters next week. Please vidate this info.
Also, if i resign now/next week and my last working date is after July 31st, i can still get my hike and bonus, correct? This is written in the employee handbook and my offer letter. I would appreciate if someone who has greater insights to reconfirm this.

I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.
Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.
I would advise looking for jobs with companies like Toast, Square, Opentable and other tech companies that work closely with the hospitality industry. Even within hospitality there’s corporate jobs.
Are there any fishies from Toast? I’m not finding any… I found a job that just opened up.
This really depends on what he’s interested in, he can learn skills to be a data analyst or a web developer for low cost/free online. And then he can develop a personal portfolio of projects to demonstrate that he can do the work. Without some sort of relevant experience (ie a portfolio, a recent college degree in a tech field etc) it will be difficult to get a role in tech
Tech sales or account management/client success management? His skills might transfer well there.
Thanks for the input. I think he’d be great at client success but definitely concerned about the salary range.
I think we just need to brace ourselves for the pay cut. As GM, he makes 6 figures - nothing crazy but it pays the bills. I’m expecting a raise soon, so hopefully we can counter balance if he needs to take a significant pay cut.
Inside sales could be a good one for him.m if he goes into a company that sells into hospitality. He would know the pain points and be able to empathise.
Inside sales and outside sales tend to require different skill sets so you definitely don't have to have experience in one for the other. Inside sales- selling to existing customers, requires more nurturing, and outside is more 'hunter" mentality.
