Hello Everyone! Does anyone have a connection at Netflix ! I am an author/marketing associate and truly my dream job is to work on the team that creates/produces Drive to Survive. I am a huge F1 fan! However, I am willing to start where I can and work my way there! I was laid off due to Covid and just trying to get back into the field and industry I love.
I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

I use the Nike Training Club app! They have tons of workout based on muscle group, different levels from beginner to advanced and the Premium version is free right now. I also like to switch it up and do workouts from Lilli Sabri or Pamela Reif from time to time. Both have a range of workouts to choose from as well!
I am sailing the same boat... i used to attend a HIIT workout bootcamp Pre covid, did so some online sessions later. But work got so hectic that i just lost all the momentum.
FitOn is a free app, it has some good workouts for both beginners & experts. I just started using it few days back.. like it so far !

The peloton app has a ton of different workouts from cardio, guided walks or runs, yoga, body weight strength, barre. It’s split up by skill levels with a huge library including a lot of non cycling classes. I just did a tabata cycling class following by upper body weight lifting. I think they are doing 90 days free (or they were at the beginning of the pandemic!)
