What are some exit opportunities for a Senior Financial Analyst primarily focused on budgeting/forecasting and strategy?

Hi guys, I got a feeling that big 4 or T2 companies kinda quiet in jakarta as opposed to MBB where they conduct lots of recruiting events (management consulting). Any reason for that particularly or maybe big 4 prefer internal hiring only?

My younger brother has the opportunity to do Software Engineering at FAANG and consulting at MBB as a fresh grad. I told him to do SWE, but I’m afraid I’m giving him biased advise cause I’m jaded in this industry. If you were me, what would you advise him?

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.

GP Stakes and PE secondaries: how good is the medium/long term outlook for the market and would a niche specialty in these areas be very limiting for my career?

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work. My experience is split between FP&A and accounting and while I have progressed, I am becoming depressed b/c I feel like I’m in the wrong field. I am generally a motivated, high performing person, but I al starting to slip up and care less, b/c my work is not satisfying to me. Below are my thoughts rn: Man, I’m 28 and such a bum. I work a job I hate, I have no social circle. I have never had a gf. All these things are so challenging because I’m autistic. I can’t change that. What’s the point of living when society treats ppl like me like I don’t matter. Maybe I should just take a bunch of sleeping pills so I don’t have to deal with life anymore.
