Need ideas for fun and festive activities that can be done virtually. Trying to plan a gathering for my team of 7, and I’m really struggling to come up with ideas

We did a virtual happy hour where you had to submit a random fact about yourself and other had to guess who did what... It was pretty fun, and went on for a super long time with people asking questions about the experiences. One person apparently crashed a boat and had an encounter with a shark and no one guessed correctly :(

Oooh, we did something similar a few weeks ago, and I agree.. it DRAGGED.😂

Play Among US! Perfect short 30-45 min video activity would getting too long or too awkward.

I’ve done virtual wine tasting with this winery and really loved it. They mail out a few bottles to everyone on the team then get you all on a zoom together to talk about the wine, show off the vineyard and lead a really interactive experience. The guys are super funny and the wine is actually really good, which is more than I can say for the one other virtual wine tasting event I’ve done. It’s a little expensive, but really not more than you’d spend per person for a nice dinner out when on the road. And the fact that everyone gets a few bottles to finish on their own makes it a nice holiday gift.

I hear about wedding planners helping with the timeline of planning a wedding and assisting in things. But I don’t want to make decisions. I’ve never been to an ugly wedding and after discussing my vision and vibe I trust a professional to do it. Maybe give me two options and I’ll pick one here and there. Is this possible? Do wedding planners do this? I’m really not interested in doing the planning - I’m an over thinker and feel planning a wedding will kill me lol.

Question for parent 🐠s. What are the pro and cons of having 2 or more kids. Wife and I are exhausted with our 18 month old (who we both love more than anything in this world!). While we do miss the initial 6-9 months phase of parenthood, don’t know if we can do this again. Also, with us being 35-36, we have to decide if we want to have another kid soon.

What’s up my consulting fishes!! Manager at Accenture, and really enjoy the HC, Org Analytics, CM, Org Design side of things.

I’d like to continue building my skillset here and venture into product development to facilitate strat consulting for the areas above (sorry for the buzzwords).

In this case, is an MBA required to succeed or progress to the MD, partner, C Suite level? Or should I grind my way through the industry given my interests are so pointed?

Would love a convo and/or guidance.

If all the top consulting firms made anonymous decks or gave anonymous pitches to a client, eg no branding and the client did not know which firm made which deck, do you actually think that the client would prefer MBB? Is MBB actually coming up with better/more innovative solutions? I feel like I see many repeat or slightly altered solutions on almost all of my cases, are these really things that people at Deloitte/Accenture etc aren’t coming up with?
