Are you even working out if you don't sweat?
Chief
But the right answer to be honest. You can be active, but I wouldn't call it working out if you're not getting your HR up and sweating. It's like the difference between taking a stroll vs walking at a decent pace or tackling hills.
Heck, before COVID I would sometimes sweat just hustling to meetings in a large office.

Lol. My husband wouldn’t object..
Strength, TRX, etc. You can easily get a solid strength workout in 20-30 mins focusing on one or two areas and it won’t leave that sweaty.
Yoga, like vinyasa flow or yin yoga. Follow you tubers like Kassandra or BohoBeautiful for tons of 10,15,20 min yoga sessions.
Thank you!
Barre!!!
Great idea, thank you!
Barre 3 online. $30 a month, they have unlimited classes. Their 10-20 minute classes are short enough to not sweat.
Daily Burn has some good 15 and 30 minute body weight workouts.
Ooh, thank you!

I do the Chloe Ting challenges and workout videos on YouTube. It targets the right muscle groups and you can go as hard or as easy as you’d like.
