A good goal would be: To be able to write this yourself.
I always start with my formal job description and see where I’m excelling and where I might improve. Do you want to be promoted at some point? Are you actively doing anything to work toward that? Do some short and long-term goals to get there. Be really honest with yourself and then fluff it up a bit before you give it to your boss.
