I’ll start: managing/investing your money, physical fitness (especially improving back strength), dental hygiene, cleaning your house regularly to reduce clutter, breathing exercises, 8 hours of sleep/night
1. Weightlifting

3. Healthy eating habits

Prioritizing sleep and spending time throughout the day taking deep breaths. Simple actions like this help with my (self proclaimed) anxiety.
Prioritizing family, sleep and building true relationship with people you come across. Gone are those days of phony relationship and pretending that you really care about the people you work with or work for. When everyone pretends everyone knows it’s fake. Being truly human is the best thing for me. It’s helped me with family, friends, colleagues and clients.
Eating healthy and sleeping 7-8 hours are 2 changes I’ve made. I know my long term self will thank me

Remember that one day you will leave all this behind
Find time for yourself and reflect on the life you have lived so that you have no regrets in the end.
Making time to volunteer, mentor, and help others is very important!
Get enough sleep, even before that Monday am flight; wash your hands regularly; eat well. Remember it’s just a job, you can always leave.
Less drinking to cope with stress and paying attention to my mental health.
