I have total 11 years of experience in IT (Enterprise applications:Oracle Weblogic) and 4 years in DevOps, Git, Google Cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes. Currently working with Accenture India as a Team Lead. I have been trying for almost a month in LinkedIn (applying for jobs as directly messaging recruiters) for opportunities in London, however not getting any positive response/interview calls.

If anyone working in UK can refer me in their organization, would be really helpful

Anyone else having a hard time getting any offers? I’ve interviewed for so many companies now and I’ve noticed how much ghosting there is. I’ve done a handful of interviews now and I’ve had probably only 2 get back to me with a rejection. It feels insane when they say they’ll get back to you on this day but then either ghost you or you feel like you have to follow up and ask them the status of your application

Does Big 4 hire PhDs from a non-business background? I recently applied for some internships and did not hear back for an interview. I have about 1 year of experience at a non-profit providing management consulting to non-profits (including 1 term as an engagement manager where I had consultants from Big 4 on my team), 1 year as a data science manager at a start-up, about 150k in scholarships, 15 publications (including science/Nature). What questions would you ask *associates* during an interview? To my knowledge, no partners will be present. I would imagine most of the time spent will be talking/asking questions so I want to make sure I have some good/useful questions to ask.

I actually interned at a prior company of yours while you were there. Great to see you putting events like this together! Is it difficult to transfer into a Talent Acquistion role or similar?

I got a comment in my annual eval that I had come off rude or condescending and I chalked it up to snapping in the heat of the moment with someone I don't work with frequently. In my eval meeting it was noted as something to be aware of but not a pervasive comment. I got the note again as something to work on / nip in the bud bc the partners talk to one another. I got so frustrated bc I'm at month 5 of 170+ hrs and I know I'm starting to burn out and can be short with people on the phone

Hi currently I'm working in Infosys as system engineer on Asp. Net core api. I'm getting 5.2 LPA . I have completed 1 year in Infosys and now I have total 3.8 years of experience. How can we ask for more time to review rolled out offer before accepting/rejecting like a week's time?
This is to prevent rejecting the accepted offer if we get better offer shortly after previous offer.
I think a week or so should be fine to review the offer since companies takes so much time to review and roll out offers.
