What are some life changing comfort perks you bought? E.g. I spent $5k+ on a mattress, best money ever spent. Bought most premium towels I could find, amazing... What other fancy things are out there?

Out of genuine curiosity, after $1-1.5k, is there really any difference in mattresses quality? What makes it worth the $5k?

- made to measure suits
- custom made shirts
- Carmina (and Loake) dress shoes
- five guitars and three amplifiers
- string of stage/studio quality headphones
- adult furniture (a sofa, leather chair, sideboard)
- designer lamp (Carronada LeKlint)
- box of nice cigars every now and then

And before someone gives me hard time, i know how fortunate i am, i am extremely grateful for what I have, but have also worked very hard to get here, so want to spoil myself a bit
