Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Marriott Bold: 15 easy elite nights per year with no strings attached; not great point earning, but as long as you cash the sign-up bonus and then keep it active it’s an easy way to boost Marriott status.
Plus sometimes I get some chunky 5% cash back/extra point offers.
Elite night credits only count towards status (basically you need 15 fewer nights to make it to the status tier you are targeting - e.g. 35 nights/year instead of 50 for platinum), they are not Free Night Certificates, which you typically only get with higher tier cards or Titanium status.
