Open the flood gates! lol. For me it's hiring, bridging skills gaps, and outsourcing. Those are my top three
Finding good people to fill roles and then keeping them on the team. Everything else is secondary.
Oh outsourcing, that's a good one. And yeah I suppose keeping people on the team is pretty important too lol
The ongoing changes and evolution of technology. Sometimes, I feel like I can't keep up enough to lead my team effectively!
I really hate when a new policy comes from above my paygrade, but it's my job to tell my team so I seem like the bad guy due to the stupid new policy. I feel that's not exclusive to tech though.
