Hi fishes, I have offers from UKG and Snap on Business solutions. Ukg is offering _16.8 CTC and Snap on is ready to give - 18 Which organization should i join? I am more inclined towards UKG as it is a product based and wlb seems better.

Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Anytime someone says the word growth hack a huge red flag goes up. When you are building a product and bringing it to market it has to be good and people have to like it. There are ways to get influencers in on the mix and things on the go-to-market front but you have to focus on getting organic growth at the end of the day.
One of the growth hacks that tends to lead to problems is when companies go too wide with massive marketing efforts and gain too many customers that are not going to stay. This gives inflated metrics, can sometimes attract more investors, but delays the time to reaching product-market fit.
