Applied for a role as a director of sales with a medical company and got past initial screening and interviewed quite well with VP of sales. He stated he will tell recruiter to reach out and set up 2nd interview. Although within holiday week they stated they're looking to fill void asap. Should I go for a BDR role with base salary of 65-75 plus commission or stick with my new account executive role at 57k base plus commission. Not sure what the commission structure is for the bdr role.
