If I have 21 RSUs vesting may 21 but another job offer (not from a FAANG but from a Series D SaaS), could I ask new company to “buy out” my RSUs? They want me to start May 1 so I can go on a company trip end of May. What are options people have tried? I have two offers from other companies coming up in few days, so I'm hoping to hear back from HC asap. Is it okay to ask to expedite the process, it seems like it's out of recruiter's control.

I’m currently actively interviewing. I had a second round with my top company on Monday and it felt good and I haven’t heard back. I emailed the recruiter on Monday and followed up today but haven’t heard back. There’s apparently another round. I’m expecting an offer tomorrow from another company, and gave a final round with another company on Friday. I really want the top company but I’m concerned with the lack of communication. Is there anything else I can do? Should I let this go?

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.

I've go an offer for a position as an SRE at Google Dublin. Even though I'll be losing some base salary, and a level from where I am at Microsoft, I'm considering moving. However, I was hoping somebody working at Google in Dublin could share which benefits you have to compare with (currently at Microsoft we have health insurance, life insurance, pension plan, subsidized meals).
