As a software engineer 2, my current pay is 17.5L base + 5% variable. I have stocks worth 6500$ and other benefits.

I wanted to try companies which pays 30L base minimum. How much does Amazon offers for SDE2 and SDE3 role?
Is there any other companies I can try considering my expectations?

Is there still a KIK group of consulting gays?
Are there any recruiters from IBM who have information on their apprenticeship program (Soft Eng)? I have applied and my application is under review. How much knowledge/skill set does one actually need to get into the new collar program? From what I have gathered online, it's kind of a mixed bag and can take a long time to onboard someone. I am self taught, know the basics of two languages and have some small projects to show. Just wondering if there is anyone that has been through this process.

Honestly outside of paid maternity leave, all of the perks offered are just “check the box” fluff to sound good that mean nothing if they don’t offer work/life balance and flexibility.
Like thank you for paying for me to ship my milk back when I’m on a work trip, but I’m only doing that because you demanded I spend multiple days away from my baby that still nurses in the middle of the night.
This. That was my exact reaction upon learning that my firm offers the wonderful benefit of shipping my breast milk.
too many to count. on top of an almost 9 month mat leave (6 fully paid, 3 unpaid), free breast milk shipping if traveling, breast pump, unlimited backup care (at home) from care.com, care.com membership, fridge and privacy if pumping (in office), gift certificates from exhale upon return from mat leave, gifts for the baby. my firm loves moms.
Law firm. Mofo.
Deloitte provides a pump for each pregnancy, lactation consultant services for 6 months, up to 24 weeks paid leave depending on delivery, and I got a book about taking care of an infant.
I thought FMLA was only 12 weeks and that it was unpaid? Recently found out I’m expecting, and our employee handbook makes it seem like FMLA is unpaid. I probably just need to talk to someone in HR
lol @ the book. what to expect?
Our firm provides 1 year access to Maven after birth and I thought it was an awesome benefit.
