What are some of the things to do just before getting fired? Health insurance etc?

Wow! What a day! What type of company starts layoffs right before the holidays? Lost my job this morning and I am stressed out. Is there any chance of finding a new job before the holidays? I'm doubting it.

So I just got laid off from a gig and couldn’t be happier because ultimately, I realized they didn’t truly understand the product and it’s competitive value. How do I not make the same mistakes in future roles as a newer BDR?

ACN wants me back, and will match my salary, but I am also getting offers from Firms for around 210 from different “boutique” consultancy and some T2.

Should I go back to ACN, make manager and look for an exit?

Should I join Deloitte Strategy as a SC make manager and exit?

Should I go to one of the boutique as a manager for 210 base?

Second offer from ITC Infotech of 19LPA fixed + 1 lacs variable for similar role.

Please help me choose. What are the pros and cons? For long term, which is better? Inhand salary comparison?

All I want is to aggressively pay off debt, earn a bit higher paycheck, be more balanced and consistent and reliable, improve my health and take better care of myself, and not almost exclusively dread my job. I got a raise from $12.50 an hour as an intern to $22 an hour 6 months before I got my degree. I was happy with this raise initially. A year later, I am 6 months out of my degree and have 3 years of experience at this company. They gave me a 5% raise which puts me a $24 an hour. Is this fair considering I got my degree.
