Took melatonin once. Worst decision of my life. I had the craziest vivid nightmares. If you really want to take it, I wouldn't recommend taking it and blocking out all the sunlight. Sunlight is what you need to naturally wake you up with melatonin. Otherwise, you'll be groggy as hell and it'll ruin your day.
