I got the app 8fit at the start of the pandemic…it’s definitely a starter app (after a couple of months I felt like the workouts got too easy) That being said, it was amazing for me to build consistency, most workouts are 15-minute sessions so it was easy for me to say to myself “it’s just 15 minutes, just get it done” by the end of the first month, I had started working out almost daily which is unheard of for me!

I like the Aarmy app. Great music but the classes are pretty tough. Also a fan of The Sculpt Society
Workouts - I recommend FitOn. They have a ton of free classes over a wide range of class types!
Diet - I second the MyFitnessPal. It’s great!
I use FitOn. It is free, and I was able to connect it to my TV to follow workouts. There's tons of different categories: HIIT, yoga, pre/postnatal, pilates, etc. and a lot of videos to choose from :)

I’m old, so don’t laugh. How do you use apps for workouts? Connect your phone to the TV? And are they free?
