What are some of your top interview questions you use when interviewing strategists?

Just got promoted to M but in process of interviewing for industry side (servicenow). Has anyone left as a b4 manager to a non-people managing role in industry? Such as an Engineer (is that equivalent to M?) I know it’s more of a ‘what I want & see my career in 5 years’ type of choice at this point but wondering if anyone has a similar story and can share your experience/thoughts.

Can someone explain to be the benefit of having someone’s refer you rather than applying ‘cold’? Do you bypass specific interview stages? Thank you

I had a interview in Mindtree on 5th Jun 2021 and on 7th June they told me that i have been selected and will soon roll out the offer and after that i got "Your Selection Process" email from mindtree careers and after that i have received any communication from then and today when i checked the status of my application its changed to "Parked".
