Disability case manager or rehabilitation specialist
I think there are all kinds of related industries you could get into, like you could become a special ed teacher (I think there's quite a demand for those) or teach occupational therapy at a higher level. Or you could also be a health administrator or safety manager. I hope you are able to find your niche.
You can probably get into sales or R&D. A not so common route can be to teach about OT but might be something you can manage your own schedule.
You could stay medical and move an admin role instead? It would still utilize your knowledge, but would take you out of clinical-side.
SPED teacher is a good option I saw someone mention.
