Moving from NY to MA. What does a 10k moving allowance get me on a one bedroom apartment move?

Are Deloitte and Deloitte Consulting completely different companies? And if so, does that mean that Deloitte Consulting can provide consulting services to a Deloitte audit client? If that's the case, then why did they reportedly consider copying EY's upcoming split. It seems like they already did that split log ago and somehow keep the same name essentially for both companies. If anything, is EY copying Deloitte here? What's the difference?

Hi there, I am looking for remote nursing jobs in New Hampshire. I have my compact nursing license, my BSN and have been a nurse for almost 6 years. Before that, I was an LNA. I come with experience. I can’t seem to get an interview for these types of jobs. Ill get eyes on my applications, will get a call back and then turned away due to having a compact license. For ex. I got a call back from A company out of Maine but says I need a Maine license. Anyone else have this issue?

There are many reasons why the current atmosphere for clinicians is a total shit show. What irks me the most is when companies say they treat everyone like “family” but do things like micromanage you or treat you like crap. My spouse and I recently adopted an older shelter dog (Carlotta). Some of the other MDs at my hospital were putting together a "Dr. and Dog" social event, so I took Carlotta. The amount of jabs I got for bringing a shelter "mutt" (with typical elderly dog health ailments) instead of purchasing an expensive designer dog like everyone else was astounding. What city do you practice in? How many years of experience? Current salary? What setting do you practice in? What are the differences in pay between different settings in your area (ie. outpatient ortho versus home care).
Personally I practice out patient ortho in Rochester, NY making $65,000 annually with a good benefit package. 6 years of exp. And not entirely sure how much more I could make in home care/other settings.
