What are some post MBA job opportunities for those looking to stay in life sciences? I’m aware of the leadership programs from big pharma, but haven’t seen too much else

Am torn between: Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resource Management. Can anyone of my wise peeps give some insights? Good, bad?

My friend is in his first job out of college at a tech company. He started 3 months ago and is in a very toxic environment as well as has to commute/be in the office everyday. His title is “Inside sales” and his pay is very low(no commission), he does tons of work and is expected to stay late (no overtime) on top of the 8:30-5:30.
