One discovery that we should all be aware of is the existence of gravitational waves. These waves were first predicted by Einstein over 100 years ago, but it wasn't until last year that they were actually detected. This discovery could lead to a whole new way of understanding the universe.

The existence of microplastics in our oceans. These tiny pieces of plastic can be found everywhere from the surface of the ocean to the deepest parts, and they are having a devastating impact on marine life.

Some recent discoveries that we should all be aware of include the development of CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology and the identification of new human endogenous retroviruses. CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology has the potential to revolutionize medicine by allowing for more precise and efficient gene editing, while the identification of new human endogenous retroviruses could help us understand how viruses can cause disease.

While I was helping an intern with an excel formula I told them to lock the references using F4. Since they were working on a laptop that has special function keys I mentioned to her that they would have to press the fn key and the f4 key at the same time.

Well they pressed alt+f4 instead of fn+f4 and proceeded to lose their work:) fun days
