Feeling a bit frustrated as I am making a lot of mistakes. I am a first year at a V10 corporate group, and I keep making mistakes when under time pressure or multitasking on 3-4 deals. I’m having a sit down with my creative directors next week, they have some concerns. I’ve been doing well with my radio and tv assignments but not as well with my collateral and email assignments. I’m having trouble adopting the already established voice of the latter but the tv and radio work I get to create my own voice for each project. Any advice on how to plead my case of having some degree of difficulty and not intentional doing bad work?
