What are some remote side gigs I can do right now? I was recently laid off without any notice and am trying to earn money until I can start my next position.

I have cleared the interview at TCS for java developer role. My current ctc is 4.5 lpa with 5+ years of experience. I started my career in non tech profile then switched to technical roles in the same company hence my package is too low.

I want to know how much hike i can expect for this role. Can I ask 10 LPA or more ?

Email etiquette question here: If you and your manager on interacting with an investor in an email thread and you send your manager an response draft to review and he does not respond and so the email never gets sent to the investor, whose fault is it? The way I see it, the ball was in his court. Is it really my job to remind people to respond to their emails? That’s another job onto itself.
