Just had a “tech screen” with a startup where the interviewer was rude and condescending. Kept berating me when I made a minor mistake and talked over me when I’d try to explain my thought process.

Note to interviewers, do better. It’s a candidate’s market and you’ll have a hard time attracting talent with a toxic culture.

So far, I can only find examples of behavioral questions. Does anyone have any experience on how technical these questions get? I got tripped up in a previous interview when asked how to design a system for millions of customers. I’d love to be able to study up before this one.
