Any LMS recommendations for corporate training scheduling/ logistics? I work for a staffing company and we have large groups of internal employees (recruiters and account managers) who come through training at different points in their career - it’s a pretty manual process right now as we’re tracking in Excel spreadsheets… Looking for a system that can automatically create training groups based on tenure/ promotion dates. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Zero call backs, except for entry level, minimum wage associate positions. Located in Florida. Is this a market/economy situation? Is his resume terrible? Any help is welcome!

I went back to school last year. My employer knows this. I am currently off on a 8 week LOA to care for a child having surgery.
I had a job offer drop into my lap and am very interested in taking it. The new place is supportive of my need to care for my kid at this time and is looking at a flexible day including a lot of WFH options.
Is it acceptable to start new place while on LOA from my current job? I want to be sure it's a good fit before I give notice.

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a new job. I recently realized that just applying online is the least effective way to even get an interview. The best way is through recruiters or headhunters. But how do I find legit headhunters and recruiters? Thank you for any help.

Currently an L4 entry level manager at Amazon after graduating last year. I’ve been in this position for about 6 months after taking it as an opportunity to internally move into corporate.

I’ve been peeking at internal openings lately and have been at a crossroad on whether or not it’d be more valuable to move “down” per say in title to an Analyst/Business Analyst position or apply to other “entry” level manager positions like a Program Manager.

Which ones have greater career prospects?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

Thinking about a career shift so I don’t get stuck in a niche my whole life. Currently I am an Underwriter for group benefits (life, accident, disability, leave) with about 6 yoe. I have a Finance degree but no licenses; extremely detail-oriented and good with numbers. Thoughts on transferable skills to other careers? Was thinking maybe Data Analyst, Benefits Consultant, or even UW for a completely different product line. Appreciate any input!
