I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.
I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
Next year, there will be an important deadline for the project I'm working on and my resignation could be critical for the team, how would you deal with it?

When looking for Associate Program Management roles, all the searches come up as Business Analyst. I’m a systems engineer with 3 YOE so would moving to a business analyst be a step in the wrong direction? I feel like I don’t have enough YOE for a program manager role.

I have 6.5 years of experience working with multiple SAP modules and some middleware solutions that talk to ERP. I haven’t found a niche yet..and am a functional resource not a coder. Thinking of moulding myself into an IT PMO kind of a role as I am good with people, good communication skills and very organised. I need an opinion. I know studying for the cpa exam is super hard and very time consuming. But would you say it keeps you so busy to the point you can't help a friend get a job as a call reference?

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. I am a paralegal with 7 YOE (mixture of workers comp defense, personal injury, and now working in the litigation department in-house for a mortgage company). I have a BS in Legal Studies and am considering obtaining my MBA.

Anyone pivot from the legal world into something else using an MBA? I just feel like I’ve hit a ceiling and won’t ever make the money I would like to.

I told him if anything he should do managment engineering which he got accepted to. He also got accepted to Mcmaster- information management systems. Which in my opinion you get a bit of everything!
