Anyone knows of a good deal on office chair?
Hi Everyone,
I just received an offer to work as an software sales representative (SDR) for IBMs Z systems. I'm coming as a sales engineer in the cloud security space. Can anyone advise me on whether Z systems are something worth going into? Also what do the growth opportunities look like at IBM? Is there opportunity for lateral movement onto other teams? Not too sure how I feel about working on mainframes (Z systems) but they keep pitching hybrid cloud to me. IBM
I really did try, I’ll take full responsibility

I want to have a better work life balance.
I think it’s a great idea to have certain work hours set. It’s also great to plan ahead on Friday. I used to plan 2 weeks’ lesson plans at a time. That way I could tweak the second week as I got feedback and grades, and I could start figuring out the week after that. This year I’m part of a K-12 resource team. We are really frontloading our planning. We’ve already got units planned for our middle schoolers that will last through at least November. We’re supposed to be working on elementary grades today.
I want to create and maintain healthy boundaries this year. Last year I took on too much because I felt obligated to and ended up being overwhelmed and stressed.
This year I will give up things that I am not passionate about as well as things that interfere with my time to rejuvinate and refresh. The world does not stop because you say no to something.
I want write lesson plans regularly. I fly by the seat of my pants and it often results in me being unhappy with myself and my students' progress.
Boy howdy. You’ve got this. Get one of those fancy planning books. They’re super helpful
Outside of my goals for students and teaching, I just want to be more positive. I want to focus more on the good things happening in my classes rather than the few bad things that happen. 😊
Party!!!
Have an observation where I feel totally confident and get good marks across the board.
You just keep on being a bad ass.
I really want to create and stick to a solid classroom management plan (that being said, I’m open to any and all suggestions).
I want 100% of my students to move on to the next grade level. Last year I had 3 who were held back. It's so critical to their ongoing success.
Personally, I want to get accepted into an administrative position this year. Hopefully I can transition to being an assistant principal next year.
I want my team to plan together on a regular basis-
I want to be friends with the people on my new team after a really horrible experience for the last few years. I’m excited.
I’d like to work smarter, not harder! Lol Be more organized and make more student connections .
I want the program built from the ground up to replace a different program to be a success with our students and to not have kids slip through the cracks
