The book atomic habits is great, talks about very small tactics to help meet some of these goals
What works for me:
Drinking a ton of water
Not limiting carbs too much (bc otherwise I give up & cheat, cycle continues)
Focusing on eating fiber and protein first (helps fill me up and leaves less room for sugar and carbs)
Cooking more and limiting food delivery
Making time for at least 30mins of real exercise 5-6 days a week (less important than the food related steps)
In addition to all of these, increasing your daily steps. Walking more does wonders for the body.
Calories in < Calories Out
I bought a huge mug (40oz) to keep at my desk so I can sip water all day. Makes a world of difference to help stay hydrated and helps avoid snacking when I really just need some water.
Coffee for breakfast
Fruit, yogurt, oatmeal parfait 10:30ish
Veggies & hummus 3ish
Regular healthy dinner
Lots of water
Workout daily
