Which one should I join considering stability, WLB, WFH and future prospects?

Consulting (TAS) or Fund accounting (PE)? I was interested in consulting and saw that as my next step but have been interviewing for fund accounting roles as well. I know they are very different but that seems to be my decision right now. Better pay? Better WLB? Anyone have insight?

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

Folks with kids - what's your routine for cooking, gym, home chores etc. ? We have a 2.5 year old toddler and we struggle to cook food, drop off our kid in daycare and then cook dinner and find time for working out.
