I completed technical round of interview for Cognizant and was scheduled for L2 round. But during the L2 round, there were some technical issues with the application due to which the interviewer got a lag in my voice. So he said he would reschedule the interview. What should I do next? I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital.
