A bit off topic but relevant.
Did anyone hear abt TekFog & Persistent Systems Limited ? Did they develop it ? What's going on ? I wanted to apply (location preference) but am worried now if company is into these sort of unethical activities even more so if they don't even know about it.
Does anyone has any insights into it beyond the company blog post claiming they are not involved. Also how is the work culture there, are these sort things even believable for such company ?
I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

You are my vibe SM1! I thought only the campus recruits were shocked with the low benefits.
You do get cell phone reimbursed, but I heard they own your phone number. I’m not passing off a number I’ve had for 20 years. They also denied mine when I did try. We get good insurance, fair PTO, a bonus that’s unlikely to be what we expect or were told, travel allowance that allows us to stay at the cheapest places, low food allowance on travel. It’s tough to get promoted. I heard the stock options offer is a money maker, but stocks are likely toward their peak. I do maximize the 401K. I’m just as happy working C2C or w2 hourly and getting a much better hourly rate.
They dont own your number. Been in and out twice (currently out of Cap). Had the same number entire time. Pain...but you can transfer out.
My biggest gripe is that they had you locked into Cap account. If they would pay the bill or monthly stipend, could be on family plan that would do some good. Me being on Cap account didnt save me money...but I did it just cause.
