Try to find sources of happiness outside of work- family, friends, the outdoors, exercise, hobbies. Make time for those people and things.

When I feel like that I know it’s time for me to find a new job. I don’t think anyone should feel this way regularly. Everyone should have the opportunity to work a job they enjoy, are good at, and that pays a livable wage. Everyone that’s not independently wealthy has to work so we all might as well be happy while doing it. It’s a matter of putting yourself first and knowing what works best for you and your skill set.
In the meantime while you still are at the current job I would do the bare minimum. If possible, take some time off or see a doc that provide whatever documentation is needed for extended leave. And make the most of the time you are not on the clock. Do whatever it is that brings you the greatest joy or relaxation, whichever you need at the time.
