What are specific roles and companies post MBB (3 years) where you can have a great WLB? I recently left MBB for a tech scaleup but honestly the hours are the same + increased stress. I want to opt for lifestyle as I want to focus on my passion - 40h per week would be ideal, but not sure if that exists? I live in Northern Europe.

How would be the work life balance of Lead engineer fullstack be?
Are they bombarded with work in FMR?

Morning me is so optimistic, everyday she is like "Yes I will accomplish everything on my list, AND add 5 new things, AND sign up to lead this new initiative, AND take that fun sounding virtual training, AND make healthy snacks and lunches, AND be finished with my workday by dinner time so I can go grocery shopping and make a healthy dinner!"
