Hello everyone, I have a question about PMM certification/training. Is there anything you can recommend that will:
A) be appreciated by a future employer
B) provide insights and be worth my time
P.S. I have been performing the partial role of a PMM at my current company, although, I plan to apply to PMM positions at other SaaS companies in the future so I figure that getting a formal education is the first step.

Hi! Looking for brands or agencies who recently audited the influencer agency space or awarded a “big” pieces of business to an agency to do influencer work. I’d like to understand if more mature brands are hiring influencer specific agencies or is bigger budget influencer work going to integrated agency offers (ie PR, creative, media agencies). Hiring for a social data analyst (2 yrs experience) if you know anyone.

Currently job hunting. I know a few retired C-level executives who tell me that they would hire me at the director level in pretty much any role (despite currently being an individual contributor) because I'm extremely driven, a life-long learner, a natural leader, and deeply educated in diverse fields (PhD in engineering and MBA in analytics). However, I can't seem to land a senior role. How do I convince an executive to take a gamble on me based on my past success and strong future potential?

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

Started a role in a brand new creative agency. ( brand new in this city but established in an another country)

The employer said I will be paid weekly but now after my first week, he said that they have to skip a week to align with the payroll.

And that he will be paying me from his personal account till they set up everything as a new business in the country.

Is that a legit process or do you reckon I start looking for a new job?

I have 2 job offers and need to make a decision by the end of the week, for a data analyst position.

Company A base salary 90k
Company B base salary 95k

During the hiring process I mentioned to company A my salary expectation (80k~90k) and this is the company I would like to join.

I do not know if I should mention to company A that I got another offer for 95k and negotiate the base salary.

Any thoughts?
